The Natural Bakery is, as it says on the tin, a bakery, and thankfully its baked goods are, for the most part, to a rather high standard. I am particularly a fan of their Cinnamon Roll (seen below).
However, the coffee is not always prepared properly. On two occasions where I have ordered a mocha, there has been an immediately noticeable discrepancy - the first such occasion, the barista making it hadn’t mixed the chocolate and the coffee, meaning I was drinking a cappuccino with a shot of nothing but cloying chocolate syrup at the bottom. The second such occasion, I found that there was simply no chocolate at all. These incidents were both quite late into the shop’s opening hours so I don’t blame the staff if they were tired.
