Top notch pub experience. Food is brilliant in the pub and in the restaurant upstairs too. Live music, darts, sports on tv, the whole vibe.

Rocked up to my favourite bar & restaurant in Crosshaven, not quite expecting this Thursday night set menu deal. Absolutely fantastic quality and at 2015 prices. The fish is landed just across the road on the Coveney Pier. It couldn't possibly be fresher. Lovely staff, great food and Stonewell Cider at the best price I've seen anywhere. Also, live acoustic guitar downstairs. Great Irish produce in a lively, happy local bar. Everyone very welcoming of the stranger. Nice visit! Seriously good value 👏

We had a wonderful experience yesterday when the Oar restaurant enabled us to host 32 guests for lunch to celebrate a big birthday. Everything was thought of. We had the menu in advance so that we could reorder. The staff were helpful and friendly. Everyone raved about their food. The vegetarians were happy! Thank you to all of the staff for making this a very happy and memorable family event. Oh, and the views are sublime, the best in Crosshaven.

Cronin's

22/02/2026: (Traducido por Google) Buena música (Original) Great music
01/02/2026: As a tourist traveling around the country, Cronin’s was amongst some of the best I’d been to. Now, as someone spending loads of time in Crosshaven, it’s still remains one of the best. The atmosphere is eclectic, yet very Irish. Artifacts of the town and pub’s history litter the walls and give you the sense of a larger narrative. Whether it’s a pint of Murphys, Beamish or a g&t, you know you’re in for a delicious gulp. The food is also high quality and excellent especially for a pub. There’s also a lovely monthly trad session, which, for a Canadian, is a beautiful experience that always feels wholesome and novel. So grab a creamy pint and nestle yourself into a corner, and enjoy the cozy atmosphere by the fire. Enjoy Cronin’s.
