Lovely location and setting but food a bit disappointing. Heavily seasoned and not hot enough

I liked everything about this place. It is very well thought out, from comfortable chairs to appealing plates. The food was excellent as was the service.

Love restaurant. The food was good but the service was the best. I think they are the best staff that given the best service in Ireland. They came every 15-20 minutes if we are ok or if we need anything. Food portions were big. Good value of money. The atmosphere is great. Beautiful place. A lot of room. I like the cocktails bar area. You can look out and see the view of the boats. 🚤

Well cooked dishes, not exceptional but sure value. Service was also good, staff were nice. Very nice modern decor in an old building, lovely light coming through and brilliant view of the bridge and harbour.

The location and atmosphere are top notch. Everything was well presented. Food was decent, but not what we expected, given the surroundings. Staff was friendly and prompt.

Probably the most aesthetically perfect restaurant I've been in. From the outside the building is easily one of the most beautiful eateries I've seen in Ireland. Inside does not disappoint, the interior decor is on point to perfection. The service was great and the food was good, if even a little underwhelming given the bar set so high by the style of the building and the restaurant itself, but this can be improved! Would definitely go back.

We had a great dining experience at The Old Bank. The staff and service were excellent, and the food was delicious with perfect portion sizes. Would definitely recommend!

Well located, decoration and very nice and pleasant environment, the lunch menu, besides not being the same that appears online, For values practiced the food is not the best you can present, it’s not bad but it is not or reflects what the house looks like. At dinner I still don’t know but I will try.

Regular visitors to the Old Bank and sometimes we ask ourselves why. It's almost impossible to get served a drink in the bar. Bar staff and waiting staff are less than attentive. Surely the best approach for business is to be attentive, make sure customers are being looked after and to politely enquire as to whether or not they can get you anything else. They do table service, and encourage this, but several times one or more of our party have had to go searching for someone to serve us a second drink. The food is good. Have eaten there several times. The decor is stunning, really beautiful. Could do with maybe cosying up the outside area with flowers, lighting etc for summer and also, maybe dim the lights and turn the music up a notch in the bar area. We almost have to whisper at times. It's a beautiful venue, just a pity that it's consistently lacking something.
