Great coffee and plenty of gluten free treats well worth a visit and friendly staff

I had a very good experience with the service provided by the employees of this company. Unfortunately, the product I purchased was faulty, but it was precisely when things went wrong when the staff showed their professionalism and fixed the issue without making a fuss. I was offered help to troubleshoot the issue, and when we determined that it couldn't be fixed, they offered a full refund straight away. This is exceptional customer service right there. Thanks folks.

Have to respect the level of investment Old Barracks has made in their cafes. Top notch equipment that helps remove variability in baristas. With that level of investment, I do expect to pay a little more than usual. With that being said, the coffee I got today was unfortunately over extracted. I ordered two flat whites. One shot flowed perfectly and the other (my one) just dripped and dribbled from the machine. I should have said something but perhaps the barista should have dumped mine and started again seeing as they adjusted the grinder when they saw my shot pour. A once off hopefully and I’ll be back.

Love the coffee, the staff are fab and the place is nice. But im so fed up of dogs being in there all the time. I'm a dog person but they don't belong around anywhere that food or drink are being prepared. And it's off putting seeing staff rubbing dogs and then going to make your coffee. The last day there was a big fluffy dog right beside the collection area scratching and you could see hair flying, I politely asked the owner to move him but I really shouldn't have to need to do that. And it's annoys me then that I leave my kids in the car to run in because its not kid friendly, but dogs are fine even though its unbelievably unhygienic?

wasnt sure it was open from the outside (sunday) ... needs better signage... but excellent coffee and friendly service and their dark chocolate croissant is a guilty pleasure🤭
