It was completely packed, which is a good sign, couldn't get near the bar, there was live music, and everyone was having a good time, from what I seen everyone was having a great time, i didn't stay as I went elsewhere to grab a beer.. But very nice pub..

I have had a few great experiences in this bar great irish coffee perfectly made and great Gunness It was only a couple of weeks ago when I was refused entry by the security staff that I realised why I had enjoyed it previously Because people like we were on that day are turned away I was with a group of 8 with a few drinks on board I am 30 years older than the rest and took it a bit personal when I was stopped I want to apologise to the security staff for not accepting their door policy I should have walked away and let him do his job I hope if I go back some time in a more civil state that I can go in and enjoy the atmosphere Thank you to the The Old Grainstore

Great service! It's a big Pub... Nice outdoor patio. Always showing football games such as Champions, Premier Legue... I recommend;)

24/05/2026: Great food and nice seating out front. I liked 'The Cranberry' sandwich.
01/03/2026: Great cafe with nice food at reasonable prices. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Plenty of seating too, although it does get very busy around lunch time. Sandwiches and carvery are tasty, good quality, with generous portions. Lovely coffee and desserts too. It's the only cafe in Westport that I like. I find the others too pokey with not enough food options. A couple of things they could improve: replace the booth seating with wooden seating (maybe with a built in cushion) because people keep breaking the springs in the existing seating. Also I think it would be advisable to cover the desserts a bit better because customers stand too close to them when queuing. Otherwise all good.

Four Seas Oriental Westport

17/06/2026: Ate here tonight. Food was very tasty. Chicken and sweetcorn soup was so tasty. My husband had prawns and really enjoyed them. Beef in black bean was very good. A place worth visiting if in Westport.. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Prices are a bit higher than Kildare. When on holidays have a Chinese you won't regret it.
29/05/2026: Excellent food and interesting presentation. Next time I'm back in Westport I'll visit the restaurant!
