The Old Ship in Arklow

I would like to extend my deepest thanks to the entire team at The Old Ship for hosting us so wonderfully in your restaurant. My son had an absolutely delightful time, and the evening was truly special. The food was exquisite—everyone who attended was full of praise and gratitude for such a delicious dinner. The warm atmosphere, the friendly smiles, and the exceptional service all contributed to making the experience unforgettable. A special thank you for the beautiful room decorations, which created the perfect setting. I walked in, took my seat, and was able to fully enjoy my son’s communion without a single worry. You took care of everything with such professionalism and kindness. Congratulations to all of you on the incredible job you do. From the bottom of my heart, I highly recommend The Old Ship to everyone—an outstanding five-star experience!

Great spot fot Sunday lunch, wonderful service. The mustard sauce on the steak sandwich is quite tasty!

We were in the old ship with a group of 10 people and we felt very comfortable. The food and service were great and we can only recommend it.

Food was great. Really tasty. Service excellent friendly and efficient. Nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Just revisited today and we had different dishes and they were lovely. If you're in or passing Arklow make sure and eat here.

Food was very nice. I have had breakfast there which was a great hangover cure plus a meal in the evening which was great value and very tasty. Staff here are very welcoming

Friendly service and nice fish for a pub lunch

We had an enjoyable lunch here. Me and my mam both got the mushroom smoked bacon toast starter and it was so good. The service is great. You don't feel rushed sitting and chatting after you are done your food.

Absolutely amazing! Best pasta we’ve ever eaten. The service is fantastic and all of the staff are so friendly and concerned about how you are enjoying your experience. Clean and well run. Great drinks at the bar and what a treat to be here. We will definitely come back!
