The Olive Tree in Carrick-on-shannon

Lunch with my partner Friday afternoon. Chill vibe. Lovely coffee..I had chicken, bacon toastie, Colin had breakfast bap and it was so tasty. The owner is so kind. She is very personable and there's a copy in which you are invited to write a story. The cost is reasonable. I love the atmosphere and it's right off the courtyard of the marketplace.

What can I say about this lovely eatery. Warm and inviting atmosphere, fresh tasty food and very helpful and competent staff. The olive tree offers a host of alternate evenings and experience. Drop in see for yourself and be in for a real treat. Also, check out the wine and cheese nights #5* for a 5* experience. A hidden gem of a cafe!!!!

Stumbled upon this little gem at a hen party over the weekend. Had a lovely hangover fry and coffee, the mushrooms were to die for!! Best part was the staff, so friendly and welcoming. Lovely Dublin girl who happened to be from the same area as us. Will highly recommend this place to others. They are only recently opened and are open to stag/hen parties and group deals for dining and takeaway…

Really like the coffee from here and that was all I had as a takeaway. However the vibe of the place wants me to go back and sit in for food as well.

Really cute cafe with delicious sandwiches with fresh high quality ingredients and fab coffee! Sandwiches came with lovely coleslaw, crisps and side salad (which had feta and sun-dried tomatoes which is much nicer than your average side salad!). Relaxed vibes during the day!
