Amazing place, lots of staff and all so friendly,kind and very tentative. The service is surprisingly way better then in a nearby hotel! I would recommend eating here whenever you’re passing this way. I can’t believe how staff makes every request to look so easy and simple to facilitate.

We had the afters for our sons Christening here and couldn't fault it. Robbie was great to deal with and all staff on the day were incredibly helpful. Food was lovely and there was plenty of it for our group size. Would recommend for any functions.

Good quality pub group. We had Chicken Curry and Chicken burger dinners with a glass of wine and coffees. Prices are very fair and there is a good children's menu. Seating is available inside in the bar area and outside under parasols. Service was very good and there is plenty of parking just outside.

Ladies toilets were blocked. Service not great. I know this has recently been sold. I hope the new owners see the full potential of a bar like this in this area even though it’s only seasonal business but it should do better.

14/10/2026: Great coffee and a warm Irish welcome! While visiting Dublin Formal Wear, we were recommended to stop by this lovely café for an oat milk cappuccino and a walk through Lucan. The coffee was excellent, and the service was warm, friendly and welcoming. A perfect start to exploring the beautiful and charming village of Lucan. Thank you for the lovely experience. Highly recommended!
