So happy to have this close by! A much needed change to the area, the menu is refreshing - tasty and having the options for kids is great too! Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Great job to the new owners and all involved!
The new owners have changed the menu significantly and IT IS AMAZING. I almost skipped this place because the photos on Google were too fancy, but all the fancy photos are from the old owners, so I'm very glad our B&B hosts told us it had changed hands this year. The new menu is basic pub-style food done incredibly well, the smash burger in particular was absolutely delicious and I wish we were in the area longer because I would love to eat here again. Everyone working here made us feel welcome, they were friendly and helpful and made sure I knew there was a good nonalcoholic cider when I said I couldn't drink, and they were right, it really was good. I really hope we can make it back here on another holiday.
Everybody was satisfied here after their meal. Staff were very obliging and good fun too. And after a lovely starter and main for everybody we made the most of a great selection of deserts ~ Again that were beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Food was delicious service great and a real nice experience....decor needs a bit of attention but I'm sure that's a work in progress...all in all it's well worth a visit...ps kids menu is very well priced!!!
Staff were very friendly and attentive nice atmosphere food was excellent and great service. Always went there before, but it was my 1st time there since management changed I was very impressed and will be back again soon.
