The Pantry in Shannon legal town

I flew into to Shannon from the UK on a business trip. I ask a local man for recommendations to eat . He told me head to the pantry Inside a shopping mall. I took his recommendation and went to the pantry . The place was spotless and there was music playing to fill the place with a soothing atmosphere. I then approached the cashier to order and was met by a super friendly waitress named Caroline. She was ever so kind and friendly and made the most wonderful coffee I ever had . An absolutely lovely waitress. I sat down with the food brought to me at an efficient pace and eat pancakes with bacon and my god I was transported to another dimension. So overall great place to eat with a wonderful attententive waitress and great food . Thanks Caroline and thanks pantry . Five stars.

Very good experience here. Pros: the vibes are very nice here. Its quaint and even though it was quite busy and loud at the time we went we could still easily hold a conversation. Cons: the french toast was only two slices which i was expecting three as i saw the pancake stack came with at least three, if i knew beforehand i wouldve asked for the pancakes. The coleslaw was in the chicken burger which my friend said made the whole ordeal quite messy, maybe better on the side. The apple sauce was served cold on the french toast which dropped its overall temperature by a fair margin. The menu here is diabolically large, from the photo i have added you still have two more pages of menu from a whole seasonal drinks menu as well as a kids menu. Absolutely spoiled for choice. But as a wise restaurant critic once said “your doing lots of things mediocre instead of a few things well” - I think Gordon Ramsey but I’m not too sure. If i am wrong feel free to let me know.

Service are brilliant and food was so delicious, The pantry Curry is one of my Fav meal for lunch.

i’m a regular at the pantry i’m always down here for my coffee and it’s always very good quality with some of the nicest service. they really do look after their customers and it’s such an easy environment to be in!
