Went to the Pantry today for the first time and i got strawberry nutella pancakes, my boyfriend got kinder beuno pancakes and they were amazing. The service is amazing everyone is lovely here. Best pancakes i ate definitely recommend getting them.

Food was great, service was fast and efficient (if a little self-service). The food is pricey, but there's not a lot in the way of choice in Shannon Town Centre. The place is a bit open and unwelcoming (and cold).

It's not a bad spot, but it is expensive and the food is only OK. Everything in the line of sandwiches seems to come with a mountain of coleslaw between the bread, its not great. Staff are nice though.

06/02/2025: Coffee stop on way to service at Crematorium. As we were not eating, we were directed to cold dark back bar but made our way back to the front area and we were served our coffee + biscuit in due course.
