The Pantry in Shannon legal town

Im not usually fussy with food or feel the need to complain. Normally I enjoy the food here but got a small shock when I ordered poached eggs and avocado (10.95€) or there abouts. One slice of toast with 2 poached eggs, the white of the eggs was not cooked properly and the avocado was quite brown. Wasn't happy paying 11€ for a slice of toast and 2 eggs.

Very good food and reasonably priced

In summary, average but overpriced with comparable restaurants. First thing that was said to us by service was "One minute". No "welcome in, just give me a moment and I'll be with you". Not quite the welcome you want. Had the soup, burger, and pepperoni pizza. The soup was excellent, but the pizza and burger were let downs. Pizza was overloaded with cheese and very little base sauce, the pepperoni also didnt taste great. Burger was very dry, but chips were good. Not worth the price for the quality we received. Visited on a quiet Sunday during lunch.
