Cheese and Ham Toastie was lovely. As already noted by other reviewers - there is practically nothing on the menu for small children. A slice of toast was 2 euro, and burnt. Luckily I had brought a packed lunch just in case. With a focus on fresh produce, it would be nice to see some fruit being offered to kids with option of 'normal' white sliced bread or a freshly baked roll, rather than sourdough.

Had lunch here a couple weeks ago , very busy but worth the wait ! We had lunch , everything was lovely and fresh ,we had our baby with us and staff were so accommodating and service was super considering how busy they were especially Aideen who went above to really accommodate us despite being under pressure ! Best place for lunch in portlaoise for sure !

Gorgeous cafe, the girls that served me were so friendly and helpful. I had a delicious Vienna bread sandwich and latte that were delicious. Lovely Christmas tree too πŸ€—

14/04/2025: Malik’s Kebab offers great taste with reasonable portions and prices. The staff are friendly, making it a pleasant place to grab a bite. Definitely worth a visit. And everything is halal there (if someone is looking for that).

27/04/2025: My favorite place to order from. I always order the Avocado burger with the garlic and cheese sauce fries. I was so looking forward to it after work this day but new menu means the Avocado burger is gone 😞 The only chicken burgers they have on menu now is 3 options and there a normal lettuce cheese mayo etc and rest are beef. The 3 chicken burgers on menu are basic so they could of got rid of either one of the chicken burgers or one of the beef burgers even. They took one of the nicest chicken burgers off the menu . I miss the Avocado burger please bring it back and keep it πŸ™πŸ½ Either way i love eddies and i await to hear its back on menu 😊
