Beautiful and clean rooms, good breakfast and a good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Free parking directly in front of the hotel. What more could you want? We felt very comfortable.

We stayed here last weekend. The pool facilities were great. We had our toddler, and she loved the two small kids pools. We had dinner at the hotel bar as the restaurant was closed. The food was very good, and the feather blade of beef was top notch. Staff were also pleasant. We stayed in the Munster suite, very large room. The only issue was no fridge in the room, and the a/c was broken on a very hot day. Overall, we had a lovely stay and will return when in the Charleville area in the future.

Probably one of the best places I have been that caters for coeliacs. The staff were knowledgeable and very thorough. Very friendly, too.

The hotel is nicely located and is convenient as a base to explore different cities and coasts. I have to say it is quite shabby. Some of the furniture in the room looked as if it was picked up from a nearby dumpster i.e. was dusty and dirty. The carpets were old and stained. Same can be said about some surfaces such as doors. However, the bathroom was very clean, the bed sheets fresh and the towels were regularly changed. Thus, there is no complaint towards the room keeping, the place just needs a refresh. Special words should be said about the reception staff. Everyone we spoke to were so lovely, helpful and professional! For that, I would come back despite some of the limitations mentioned above.
