Excellent friendly staff very clean.

I didn't stay in rooms but the food is great bar staff are so nice and the area is fantastic

Due to a family bereavement, we needed somewhere for six of us to stay and what a lovely place we found staff were excellent and the service superb.

5 of us arrived in on speck for food as we were travelling . The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Nothing was a problem. Delighted with the place.

Great for Functions. But being part of the Talbot Hotel chain , could do with a makeover .

So Dad and I hadn't booked anything in advance on our Ireland road trip. We ended up picking this hotel as it was close to the Midleton Distillery Experience. Must say this didn't disappoint. The food was good and the accommodations were comfortable. Wish I could give it 5 stars however it just wasn't there. Close though still had good staff and great location. Would definitely stay here again. I mean the lamb roast was delicious!

Good carvery and nice atmosphere. Renovated bar is a big improvement. Carvery able to cater for a coeliac. Service is consistently poor, on our latest visit went in when it was quiet, wait staff saw us come in and take a table. Had to go ask for menus after 10 mins, when they arrived down, waitress left empty glasses and water bottle from previous diner on the table. When they were taken away presumed we would get water with our food, nope, had to go look for that as well. This is a consistent experience with the service in the bar, I like to support local businesses but there are better places to spend your money. I don't blame the wait staff, it's the same no matter who is serving, management needs to wake up.

Gorgeous hotel with awesome fantastic decor especially all different and unique wallpapers. Rooms are perfectly lovely. Food is just wonderful and service to match
