The Pheasant in Drogheda

The only thing I'd say is that I didn't reserve the chips with my dinner they came out after I was finished eating had to send them back

Ordered 4 breakfasts 2 small and 2 large. Was charged an extra €12 for 2 pots of tea. Should the tea not come with the breakfast??

Good service, the pints of Guinness were ok with room for improvement

Staff in the Pheasant are always very helpful & pleasant especially Juanita.

Friendly staff. Kid's welcome. Large food portions, I don't think it's possible to leave this place hungry if you order food. Quality pints to be had also.

Its quiet, that's a good atmosphere for me because a conversation is possible. That was during the day, I'm not sure about evenings. The fish meal I had was like a quick knock up meal a student would make with food from cheap premade meals from a freezer. The beer was OK. The prices were steep for the food even if the food had been decent.

Great spot to watch sport plenty of seats,great beer garden, pints were 👍🏻

Visited the pheasant yesterday for lunch we were visiting relatives close by and could not face the steep climb down to the town so we chose the Pheasant which was near by what a good choice. We both chose the Chefs Roast and a pint of Guinness the food was delicious and they didn’t skimp on the portions the meal was lovely and the staff were attentive and efficient I would definitely recommend it certainly kept us going till we arrived back in England in the late evening
