The Portobello Bar in Dublin

Super friendly service. Customer requests are no problem. The food is beautifully presented and tastes simply delicious. The best omelet I've ever eaten.

My review is for a Saturday night after 10 pm - so did not order any food. This is a large, beautiful bar with lots of seating options for individuals or groups. I sat at the bar and the service was attentive. There was a DJ playing pop hits mostly from 80s and newer and was outstanding - the best DJ I encountered in Dublin which made for a very fun and festival night. Not sure if there is live music at other times since I went late. Would highly recommend, was worth the short taxi ride from The temple bar area.

Excellent service, food excellent definitely go back

We haven't stopped going since we discovered it. I recommend the burgers, the stew, and the €9 starters because they're hearty and filling. There's live music and a better atmosphere at night 💃🍽️

Very bad service. Rude & not attentive. They walk around, doing nothing. I saw one waitress vaping at the bar while chatting to the barman... The food is no too bad but the service makes the whole experience lacking. Nice live music on the weekends.

Really nice pub with friendly staffs, especially Dave and Zack always look after us since a very long time. Security at the door always welcoming. Great spot with nice and quiet smoking area too.

Anlässlich unseres kurzen Urlaubs hatten wir das Vergnügen, in dieser charmanten Bar zu Gast zu sein. Die Atmosphäre ist äußerst angenehm und lädt zum Verweilen und Wohlfühlen ein. Die Bar liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, was ihr eine ruhige und entspannte Note verleiht – ideal, um dem Trubel der Stadt zu entfliehen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Die Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen kann sich wirklich sehen lassen und bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Uns hat alles hervorragend geschmeckt und wir haben jede Minute genossen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Bar nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es war ein wunderbarer Ort, den wir gerne wieder besuchen würden!

La decoración es impresionante, tan cálido y acogedor. Nuestra comida era excelente, la mejor comida que hemos tenido en mucho tiempo... preciosa. El bar estaba enormemente sobrecargado de personal, llegamos temprano, por lo que es de suponer que el bar necesitaría todos ellos más tarde cuando se llenó de gente. Desafortunadamente, estaban charlando y se sentía un poco intimidante... una pareja estaba en sus teléfonos, lo que era una gran lástima. El personal con el que tratamos era muy agradable y lo recomendaría el lugar.
