The President’s Restaurant in Mallow

Thank you for supplying the food for my hen party. The food was delicious, there was loads of lasagne, potatoes, curry, rice and salads.

Honestly, side street cafe is okay if your passing by. The food sometimes is nice and other times can be a little overcooked. The prices sometimes vary - the same meal can cost you €4 more one day than another - not sure why this is? I usually get myself an omelette and chips and it's normally nice. However, it is cooked on the one hot plate with all the other food, so the taste is heavily influenced by what is cooked previously (usually bacon). So my overall verdict is this, the staff, owner etc are lovely. However, the food isn't anything special and in recent months, I have noticed a change in service and quality. If you are looking for deli food to go, it's a good option. For anything else, it is hit and miss.

Excellent stop for a late breakfast. Fast and friendly service. The staff even went out of their way to give us directions to a cemetery where relatives are buried.
