The Red Door Coffee Shop & Deli in Danescastle

Hands down the best breakfast on the Hook peninsula! Fabulous food. Gorgeous coffee. Excellent service.

We are regularly at the Red Door. Today we celebrated a very special day, and the Red Door pulled out all the stops. We had planned a 'reception lunch for 8, thinking in the main cafe but they changed their courtyard into a fairytale setting for us. The service food and the ambience is second to none. Thank you all for making our 'low key' day something very special.

Exceptional Saturday evening meal. We brought our own wine and it happened to match our food select perfectly. The menu is locally sourced food cooked and flavoured expertly but without fuss. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

We made a quick stop here on our first day of our bike tour through Ireland. A very nice coffee shop with delicious desserts and good coffee.
