Food always so consistently delicious anytime I go to the rustic inn. Warm tasty food. Comfortable bar. Nice pleasant atmosphere. Friendly waitress. Highly recommend as it never disappoints.
Just over an hour cycle from Mullingar on the Royal Canal green way. This place is right on the canal. Stopped in to watch the Lions rugby match with a lovely pint of Guinness. Really friendly staff. They turned the TV on and found the match for me.
Fabulous meal for the wife and two kids. I went for the steak medium rare, it was spot on, chips were crispy, possibly double fried, they have a great crunch. pepper sauce, and all the sauces are generously sized. kids menus keep the cost down, it's very good value. Strongly recommended.
