We had staff Christmas party yesterday at the Snug and we would like to thank all amazing people who work there and was looking after us . Thanks from Zara !

We popped in without looking at reviews and seen it just kept going. The beer garden is not only gorgeous but very cozy!! Good vibes, good bartenders, great time.

A hearty, exciting and welcoming atmosphere in every section of this establishment. The staff are exceptional and we’re extremely accommodating for someone who doesn’t drink in our group. They even allowed the person have fake shots to join in with friends. A young man named Kyle was on the ball and made sure we felt like vips and i could see he gave everyone the same treatment a real old school bar man touch. I will be back!

Lovely place! Great atmosphere, welcoming and warm. We didn't eat at the Snug, but they get fresh pizzas from the restaurant next door. Would definitely be a regular stop when in Athlone.
