Fantastic service, friendly, polite interesting staff. Love this place. I'd the vegan Dahl, it was delicious 😋 My husband had the enormous burger 🍔 he loved it. We'll be back. Thank you!

This place is truly a hidden gem! The atmosphere is beautiful, warm, and family-friendly — perfect for both kids and adults. The food is absolutely delicious, especially the carrot cake I had, which was incredibly tasty. The customer service is also top-notch. Highly recommend.

I googled dog friendly near me and came across this beautiful place. Staff are so welcoming and kind. My fur baby was treated first, to some water & treats ! I love seafood and their menu has a great variety of it and more. Wine great too! We will definitely be back. Thank you 🙏🏽 🐕 😇

We visited for Sunday brunch. Really wide menu, catering for all, with lots of local produce too. Our young kids really enjoyed the colouring activities provided, which we didn't expect! Food was superb, clean plates across the board. Good value for money, portion sizes were great and staff extremely friendly. Will make a point of revisiting!!

31/12/2025: I had a great time here with friends, however the waitress was incredibly hostile and aggressive towards my table for no apparent reason. She repeatedly ignored our requests when we signalled for service. She rolled her eyes upon taking orders. She aggressively placed the dishes onto our tables while the other servers handled them with care. She did not have a pleasant attitude as a server which created a unwelcoming environment. The waitress had dark hair and facial piercings. I wish she is taken care of accordingly to prevent ruining others dining experience. I strongly hope this was a one off situation, as it has really tarnished my perception of the McGeoughs Bar and Restaurant. Lovely restaurant, hateful waitress.
