The best seafood chowder I have ever had. I was able to talk with one of the owners and ask about the town. Polite, friendly and full of stories. Lovely people in a lovely town.

Had a great time today ! Went for lunch after finishing the Queen Maeve Trail. The seafood chowder is tasty and fulfilling, nearly didn't finished it. Had a great chat with a customer at the bar. Recommended for solo travellers.

Good pub, but they could really do with bigger screens. We were trying to watch the World Cup and all they had were 20 inch screens everywhere which were impossible to get close to with such large crowds.

29/06/2026: The vibe here is great and the outdoor seating is really nice, perfect for a slow brunch. I got the breakfast bravas with chorizo which hit the spot, and my partner got the simple which she loved too.
