The Thatch Bar in Tuam

What a fantastic and absolutely charming bar! The Thatch Bar is a real highlight in our twin town of Tuam. From the outside and in the first area, everything seems quite manageable – but then you walk through the second door and you really think, like in Harry Potter: "Where did this huge room suddenly come from?" 😄 We sat upstairs in the roof bar in glorious sunshine and thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere. The bar simply has everything: cozy corners, a pool table, a rooftop terrace, and above all, incredibly warm and welcoming people. The staff and the guests were super friendly! This is exactly what Irish hospitality is all about. If you're ever in Tuam, you absolutely must stop by! 🍻 And if you ever come to Straubing, you'll definitely buy us a beer!
