It was beautiful only to see drawback was carpark is in need of urgent repairs a lot of dangerous pot holes food was perfect and so we're the staff❤️

I just love going for a coffee in The Thatch. The staff are so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They are what The Thatch Stands for. The food is so tasty and as for the desserts WOW! If U want to treat yourself check out their Crossiant Vanilla Slice...unreal..

Really good, honest Irish restaurant experience with a bar and cafe added. I had a nice turkey and ham dinner. The staff are very friendly and the prices are reasonable, overall I will be going back again

This is a fabulous cafe just outside Waterford. The staff are lovely. Service and food is excellent. There is a nice big outdoor seating area and it's dog friendly. Would recommend for all the family.

12/12/2025: My favourite place to visit for food every staff member is so welcoming they all work very hard.
09/12/2025: Very nice hotel and friendly staff I haven't stayed at this hotel but I do like it the staff in the bar are very helpful and nice it's great location the only thing I didn't like was that there is no leisure centre in the hotel it would suit the hotel great if it had room for a leisure centre and a swimming pools steam rooms etc the hotels in waterford city that do have a pool do not do a day pass for other hotels and that's a very big disappointment.
