Bishop's Palace Café in Waterford

Myself and my boyfriend went, food was really yummy - really delicious However a male gentleman in his 40/50s with glasses served us, not very friendly at all, made us feel quite uncomfortable

The staff were super friendly and the food and place was lovely I would definitely recommend

Found this place while exploring Waterford and stopped for a quick meal. It turned out to be a very good experience. The ingredients felt fresh, and the balance of flavours was really appetising, The presentation of the food was inviting too. Definitely one of the best café meals I've had in Ireland so far! Our initial waitress provided quite a plain service, almost like a delivery service. Luckily, we were then served by Nia, what a difference! She was always attentive to our table, with a beautiful smile and such a warm, helpful attitude. She made us feel genuinely looked after. We would definitely come back to this place because of both the food, and the service. Unfortunately, I didn't take any photos of the dishes, and a few weeks have passed since our visit, so the names of the dishes are no longer fresh in my mind.

Very tasty, large portions, fast and pleasant service. We were satisfied. The prices are quite reasonable, considering that the portions are really large.

Didn't have any food, but it looked amazing. Outside seating area was as clean as the inside tables. The women working there were absolutely pleasant, efficient and well-versed. This was absolutely hands-down, the.best.chai I've ever had.
