The Three Shippes in Waterford

I hadn't been there before but went with the work gang for our Christmas party. We had a really good time! Cosy atmosphere and excellent service! Very friendly and professional barman, nothing was too much trouble and remembered by order better than I did lol. I will be back!!

Huge bar near the wonderful People's Park just on the outskirts of the city.Chess club every Tuesday night,,but it's a nice pub if you'd like a quiet pint or to watch the football..they do food,but I can't comment as I've never eaten here...seems to have standard fare(Soup and sandwiches chicken Kiev's,casserole/stew,fish and chips etc.)Plenty of room and a cosy snug with fire at the front.Has potential to be a great pub.Could do with a makeover as it's tatty,

Friday night, after work pints, rugby on the TV. Great pub to sit in with a few friends. Quick and friendly service.

The roast beef was amazing and the kids really enjoyed the goujons and homemade fries. That wss followed by an unbelievable desert menu. Staff very welcoming and pleasant .all round great experience and reasonably priced. Definitely going back.
