The Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in Waterford

Great location and lovely hotel, we were too early to check in so lovely new girl long blonde hair let us leave bag, when we came back to check in a lady with dark hair & black blazer was not very friendly, answered phone while checking us in, never mentioned anything about time we were booked for dinner or where breakfast was etc, no enjoy your stay (rm 323 was fab) but everyone else we encountered was lovely. Jess at breakfast was really helpful, would definitely stay again.

Birthday treat , stayed many times before , beautiful hotel, lovely staff and great food got an upgrade to a suite just top class say no more cant wait to get back again asap Caroline is the best end of what service no better , thanks again.

Didn't use rooms. Had family lunch - service was great & food delicious - i had beef burger- YUM 🙂

Perfect location right in the heart of Waterford, everything is within easy walking distance. We were visiting the theatre which was right next door, so it was ideal. The staff were absolutely lovely, friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Overall a really enjoyable experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Very disappointed. Room damp, obviously hotel knew as the left spare key in room slot to keep heating on to dry room. Awful smell of damp in corridor too. I know they are revamping but still. Car park tiny so get there early. Food in bar good but if manager wants to berate staff do it off the floor , so unprofessional. Pro . Nice view for breakfast

Nice hotel, bar food is good and lovely views of the Quay. Good spot to meet up with a small group for drinks and food.

Lovely food and helpfull friendly staff the only thing is parking there is some at the back but not enough.

Would definitely not to recommend to include the 4 course dinner with your stay as you have very limited options. My advice would be to pay for your dinner separately as then they give you a different menu with more options
