Lovely place,brilliant staff,very clean room,great location close to everything

Nice accommodation and good food

I stayed at The Tower Hotel and was overall very satisfied. The location of the hotel is excellent: everything is easily accessible, which is a real asset. The service is impeccable, the staff are welcoming and always ready to help. However, I noticed that the carpet makes the hotel look a bit dated and it is starting to show signs of age. That said, the whole experience remains very pleasant and I recommend this hotel for its location and the quality of its service.

Always stay here when visiting Waterford. Never had an issue in all the years I've stayed here.Highly recommend

Just back from a two night stay. We had three rooms in our party. All spotless clean when arrived and very modern. All staff from reception, restaurant, bar, breakfast and leisure centre, were very pleasant and helpful at all times. Breakfast was lovely, tasted very fresh. My kids were delighted with pancakes and watermelon. Lots of fruit. Dinner is reasonable priced for hotel, drinks are reasonable priced for City Centre. Carpark behind, which again was a great find for a City Centre hotel ( free of charge for guests). Would definitely stay again. Location is ideal

From the very meeting with Aine and the guys in The Tower Hotel we knew we made the right choice for our special day. Hotel states 4 star but has a 3 star vibe. Rooms comfy no mini fridge can ask for one for children/ meds.breakfast very disappointing. Veggie not really catered no veggie sausage. No mushrooms and Irish breakfast €15:80 extra. Fruit sour on more than one occasion porridge watery // no granola// pancakes undercooked. Dinner had chowder which was lovely but pasta was undercooked. Gym very old spinning bike and other equipment needs replacement. Staff good typical Irish friendly. Just needs a better attention to detail. Not good value for money.
