came here for a quick lunch. the food was good, I enjoyed my burger. the service could be better though - place was tended by a young man who spent more time lounging by the bar rather than with customers. he forgot my drink, so I had to remind him about it, and also I got no cutlery or napkins with my food

The Full Irish breakfast is excellent, best I've ever so far. Customer service was great, everyone was very helpful and polite. My breakfast was served in good time and the tea was strong. Anthony Hand.

Fantastic little spot. I brought a group here last week for lunch and it was super. Wayne and his team of staff are so welcoming. The food was gorgeous, service fast and prices great.. Lovely atmosphere in the place and spotless bathrooms. Well done all. I highly recommend a stop here for lunch, dinner, snack or a few drinks. Cathy

Busy pub in Slane when we visited on Friday night. Friendly service and patrons. We had Guinness and wine - both good, reasonable prices. Live music in the pub around 9pm.

07/06/2025: Unchanged for centuries this feels, and Best pour in Southern Ireland so far! Delicious and can’t improve on perfection 🇮🇪 recommend the local slain whiskey.
23/05/2025: My wife and I visited Boyle's Wednesday 14th of May 2025. It is definitely one of the highlights of our two week Ireland trip. Our new found friends Gavin and his wife, and Sam and Biddie (sp?) and another man we met in the back beer garden, were some of the most friendly, warm and welcoming people on the planet. We joined them inside for a night a traditional Irish music that packed the house. Everyone had a great time. Can't wait to go back!
