This is BY FAR the best meal we’ve had in Dublin and honestly in many cities regardless of country or continent. The chowder was robust, complex and flavorful without the use of crab and lobster which most places lean on for flavor - I could literally have bathed in It. We also got the short rib and sea bass- Each dish was thoughtful, well seasoned and genuinely made you want to come back for more. If I find myself in Dublin again there is no question where my first meal will be. There are several Michelin recommendations in the area but they have nothing on this place - do yourself a favor and get your reservation now - I feel certain you won’t be disappointed. Chef Sean Drugan if not a legend already is certainly one in the making

The mussels were outstanding, the short ribs were fork tender and slid right off the bone. The sea bass was excellent as well. The chocolate cake for dessert was magnificent. Great work guys!

Amazing place with a very pleasant atmosphere and a warm, friendly vibe. The staff are extremely polite and attentive, making you feel truly welcome. The food is delicious, the portions are large, and the recipes are really well thought out. Perfect spot if you want great food and great service in one place.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Prawn risotto! Fish pie! I was in heaven. Wonderful service too. Can’t wait to get back there.

My wife and I visited The Vintage Kitchen on our first day in Dublin based on recommendations, and we were very satisfied. Even though the restaurant was almost full, they managed to find a table for us without a reservation. The atmosphere is very cozy, the staff was pleasant, attentive, and quick, and our food arrived promptly.
We started with the 'Foie gras crème' and continued with the 'Seabass oriental spiced emulsion/cockles/Cavollo Nero/lump caviar' and the 'Truffle spinach rice/burrata/herbs'. Everything was delicious. We also tried the local beers, Guinness and Hop Burg (it was just a pity they didn't have them on draft). The background music was pleasant and at the right volume, so we could enjoy our conversation. We definitely recommend visiting; it left a great impression on us."

This place was not vintage at all. People were on their phones and they used modern technology. I would have gave this place a bad review but I liked the food and the mayo is amazing.

Casual fine dining at its finest.
A very comfortable restaurant with an open kitchen and plenty of heating – perfect for cold days. The service is very attentive and the staff are happy to explain the individual elements of the dishes at the table. While they look simple, they are incredibly complex in both appearance and taste.
A truly beautiful restaurant where the cuisine is clearly the star.
