V happy all over Steak offer of 25 with chips and a beer . And pepper sauce excellent value and tasty Nachos diff than normal but very nice A greatvspot for a family also kids welcome nice seating too . Very happy all round

Lovely spot. Delicious food. Can't speak highly enough of the chicken wings as a starter followed by burger and chips as main course. Friendly staff and felt very safe in these difficult times.

Food was good. Fish was very greasy tho. Had to wait a long time to order as it was very understaffed (with impatient children with me) and after the food i was sick for 2 days. Was in the toilet for most of my day. They also had a problem with my reservation, said at first i dont have one and after a bit eventually got a table.

05/10/2025: Had a lovely meal on Sunday. Staff are fantastic. Make sure to either book a table or get there before 1pm as it fills very quickly. That's the only quibble I would have.
01/10/2025: Great pub. Many's a pint had there.Never ask the owner for a bag of ice as its very precious to him.

Canal Bank Cafe

07/04/2026: Food here is lovely. I had the beef burger and it was one of the nicest I’ve had in a while. Was served with a spicy tomato sauce on the side that was amazing. Staff are very friendly. Prices are good too for Dublin. Will visit again.
07/03/2026: I love how it feels like the restaurant is full of locals, it’s such a good sign when you can literally spot returning customers. The host- great at her job, staff are super friendly and our food was great. My only critique is- I feel as though the high volume of locals makes the service for new/less frequent customers too casual. For example our waitress kind of just came over and gave us a thumbs when checking on us. Which in theory is fine, and we didn’t mind, but perhaps could be an issue for other diners.
