The White House prides itself on being a AA Guesthouse, Restaurant & Bar. We decided to have dinner there. My wife and I had the Fish & Chips with local Sovereign Island lagers and glasses of Blacks Maple Mayhem Irish Whiskey. Dinner was wonderful, relaxing in a quaint environment. Not sure about other restaurants since it is a small village/town, but this a pretty good option.

I had a late lunch at the restaurant. I had the venison stew and my husband had the chicken dish. the service was great and location easy to find

25/08/2025: Gorgeous fresh fish , lovely seating and interior. Had monkfish scampi homemade chips. Others had roast chicken, battered cod,beef burger chocolate fudge cake. They serve stonewell 0% cider.
21/08/2025: Best fish and chips I have ever had and bargain price. Crispy perfectly cooked chips and lovely battered fish. Friendly fast service and no additional charge for sauces. Portion sizes were very generous so sadly I could not do it all justice

13/08/2025: Currently on the wild Atlantic way and stopped here for food the prices are great the food tastes lovely and the service is fast , friendly and efficient would recommend to anyone visiting kinsale
09/07/2025: We all really enjoyed our pizza, chips etc… you can tell it’s all freshly prepared! We plan to make it out local!
