The wooden spoon in Lanesborough-ballyleague

I went to this restaurant a few months ago while driving from the West to Belfast, and what a wonderful occasion it was. I got speaking to the family who ran the place and they essentially joined me for dinner. Cooked me a beautiful carbonara dinner and we had a brilliant time. I want to thank them all for the amazing reception, food and atmosphere. They made me feel one of them and I want to wish them the best of luck in getting it up and running over the next years. When I'm back in Lanesborough, I'll definitely be stopping in! Get in here and support this fantastic restaurant with a gorgeous dinner to match!

The atmosphere is fabulous, Family run business, food is unreal and the service amazing, their eye for every detail, if you haven't got a chance to dine yet its a must you won't be disappointed, all their dishes are cooked to order so fresh & delicious. I definitely to going back soon.

Called in on the way to Center Parcs new nothing about this lovely Italian restaurant. Very happy I called in. The food was excellent as was the service. Would definitely call again.

The most wonderful family ran restaurant. Staff are so friendly and welcoming, food absolutely beautiful from starters to dessert. Great selection of wines. Beautiful ambience and just all round perfect 👌

Magnificent new place in Lanesborough. This is little Italy. If you love Italian cuisine, you won't find a better place for dinner or a holiday for dinner. Very large portions made with love. Classic Italian recipes. Very friendly atmosphere. There is a summer terrace. hospitable hosts. Guests are sincerely welcome here. Thanks for amazing service. We will back.

I was in this restaurant over Christmas with friends. We were welcome by the owner Marina. The food was all reasonably priced and incredibly tasty. Marina had recommend the Chicken Sorrentina, which we ordered along with the flavourful steak, and the filling burger. I highly recommend this restaurant but would recommend calling ahead as the restaurant was very busy.

Fantastic authentic Italian food. Wonderful hosts, the Chef and his wife from Amalfi. A little cold as the fire not strong enough for the space.

And lovely, food and great atmosphere. Perfect for Saturday or Sunday. We will see each other again.
