The Woollen Mills in Dublin

The place is nice, but we were a little disappointed with our experience. While food and service were all right, the food lacked somewhat in flavour and the service wasn’t very warm unfortunately. And the place was more kid-friendly than we expected- great for families but not exactly what we were looking for as a date night.

Carlos was a fabulous host to our party of 24 in the river room- was an excellent host and the standard of food and wine was first class. A beautiful venue overlooking the halfpenny bridge

GOOD I came here in september 2025. I arrived at a very charming place with friendly and helpful staff. The food is good, even if it's classic Irish cuisine, but nothing exceptional. I recommend this restaurant because I still had a very good time there with my family.

Went to The Woollen Mills and honestly loved it. The place has a really cozy vibe and the location is great. The food was super tasty and felt really fresh. the portions were spot on. We didn’t have to wait long, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back next time I’m in Dublin

A charming, traditional restaurant spread over several floors, with very friendly service (5 stars, although the drinks – which we waited 30 minutes for – could have been served more quickly). The appetizer – nachos – was excellent, the veggie burger outstanding, but we wouldn't order the steak again.

Five stars, well deserved! Excellent service and delicious food. As tourists, we had some trouble with the online reservation system, but we were able to get a table on the spot — refreshingly old-school! The food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended when visiting Dublin.

Nice, but a 12.5% ​​tip is imposed... what a shame.
