A great hotel. Maybe officially a three star hotel, but I would recommend 4 Stars. Excellent hotel and staff .

Great location, nice room and friendly people.

I called up after booking and requested a room with wooden floors as I had a small dog.I was told yes my room would have wooden floors. When I arrived I was put in a room with carpet that had stains on it and a really bad dog oder.I called front desk and told me they had no rooms and suddenly 5 minutes later they had .Also I was disappointed no dog bed ,blows or even as much of small dog treat for 25euro per night for my dog and Notting for her .Also she wasn't allowed in breakfast arena and was restricted to one small part of a pub. We were not given this incident when booking I was given misleading information on call.Was a nice place but could do more given its ment to be pet friendly 😉

Centrally located. Warm welcome received on arrival. Rooms were comfortable and warm. Power shower was great. Food was fabulous and tasty. Staff very courteous and welcoming. Complimentary use of the nearby leisure centre was great and helped to ease the aches and pains after the climb up and down from Croagh Patrick.

Food was Fabulous...the room was Beautiful and it was Very Cosy

Had a great time, enjoyed especially location for myself being a disabled person. Staff were brilliant and very helpful

Great location giving east access to the town and to nearby Westport House. A small but authentically Irish hotel with plenty of artwork by local artists decorating the walls. An outstanding evening meal comprising locally sourced ingredients, black pudding from Newport etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Super breakfast with plenty of choice. Highly recommended.

The location is really nice. Right in the heart of Westport. Unfortunately our room was very small, it was very loud and noisy. No smart TV in the room. The toilet seat was not secured properly, causing it to rock back and forth. In addition, the water from the cistern ran onto the floor. The breakfast is very mediocre, we definitely had better in Ireland.

First class service, Great food. Beautiful quaint place. Will be back there, definitely.
