The Yard Cafe in Thomastown

Went there yesterday and the style of the cafe is absolutely beautiful the service was amazing the girls are very kind and helpful the food was amazing I’d definitely recommend it to anyone

I have to say, this rather unassuming café from the outside absolutely positively surprised me: the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and excellent value for money. The young owners are dedicated, very friendly, and personable; you can also pay by credit card. While the decor is a bit rustic, it's cozy and everything is clean; even the restrooms were very tidy. I can absolutely recommend this café; I really enjoyed it.

Pasé aquí el jueves y con el clima pude sentarme afuera al sol. A veces puede estar muy concurrido, pero la comida es buena. Esta es nuestra segunda visita. La última vez tuvimos a nuestro perro con nosotros, así que nos ayudó poder sentarnos adentro debido al mal tiempo. Muy amigable con los perros, volveremos.

Very kind staff. And I said KIND not NICE. A good example of how to be kind and not "nice". Got a discount and also my water bottle was refilled. Great experience after I was judged at the cathedral nearby (St Canice's) for being from a different country and having a disability.

Lovely place to stop for a coffee and a rest. You get to people watch as you enjoy your food. Very nice staff and food.
