Thomas is fantastic and we enjoyed swapping stories and hanging out for a pint. Definitely stop here. About as authentic of an Irish pub experience that you can get.

Very friendly staff and well thought out interior design with funny quotes all around. I had a vegetable cream soup which had a remarkable, unique taste, I loved it.

Great pub along the slea head drive

This is one of the friendliest pubs we have been to on the west coast of Ireland. It's cozy with plenty of tables and a warm atmosphere. The Guinness is outstanding and they don't rush you as we take it all in. Tomás is an inspirational bartender - he's travelled the world by bike! A good soul who assured us that most people in the world are good humans. And the food is excellent, the pan-fries Hake was crisp on the edges and tender in the middle. The fish cakes were excellently well-cooked - best my husband has ever had! Wish we could stay for another meal.
