Magical place. Wonderful kindness and hospitality. I did not want to leave the town or the room I rented or the pub full of great conversation and jovial liveliness.
From the laughter to the shared conversations, you just knew this was where friends and close ones gathered for a good pint of beer. Tomás was very kind enough to get me a sandwich despite the kitchen being closed by the time I came to visit. As a solo traveller, it can be nerve-wracking eating/drinking alone but not at this special spot. It was such a joy to meet these lovely people (see photos) and hear their stories and chat about anything and everything. Until next time, love from Colorado, xoxo.
Amazing staff and great service! The food is delicious and really fresh. They don’t have many vegetarian option but will try their best to whip you up something delicious anyway:) Their regular dishes looked delicious tho and are generous portions. There is a small backyard area where you can sit if the weather is nice and they usually have live music in the evening on weekends. It is a family run pub and they are super knowledgable about the sourrounding area and give great tips and are really helpful. Absolutely lovely people all around and would definitely recommend should you be in the area:) The interior is super cozy and even if you are coming on your own you won’t feel out of place at all as a solo traveller in my opinion. Me and my friend will definitely be coming back in the future!
Great Soup, great service and I ordered a cappucinno that was just as great as any coffeehouse I have been to... It even had a lovely heart made from the coffee ! I drank it too fast and didn't get a picture! The Irish soda bread was delicious too!
Great atmoshpere- as a bachelor party was happening! Celebratory cheer! 🎉🙌🏾🙌🏽🍾
