Was the only pub on the street that would let us in with a 14 year old after 9pm. However the pub was entirely full of Americans and the band was by far the worst of any we encountered in Irish pubs. was overall a bit disappointed.

15/01/2025: We booked a reservation for La Collina in the Salthill area as we would be on our way back from the ferry terminal in Rossaveal after a day on the Aran Islands. The restaurant seems small only a few tables downstairs but there is seating upstairs. The menu was very nice and home made pasta stole the show. There was so much pasta to choose from and both of our meals were fresh and delicious . This is less than a 10 minute ride from Galway and would absolutely return! Service was great as well!
24/12/2024: Fantastic service, staff absolutely excellent and as for the food top class. Will definitely be back. Thank you La Collina for making our night.

21/01/2025: We had a group of 16 at a hen party last weekend and we visited Botown for some food and drinks to start off the day. David could not have been more helpful from the get go organising suitable set menus for our tastes and budgets etc and printing these specific menus for our group. This made the bridesmaids jobs super easy and enjoyable as we didn’t have to worry about anything. We all had delicious burgers and ample amounts of bubbles in their lovely private upstairs space for a couple of hours where we played games and had a great laugh🥂 Everyone left fuelled for a day and night of partying in Galway! Thank you David for such a lovely few hours of fun to kick start our bride’s party!
19/01/2025: BóTOWN was the best place in Galway to go for lunch! They were so accommodating for the Hen party we were on ! Gave us our own room and the food was beautiful. Amazing service highly recommend ✨✨✨
