05/02/2025: A lovely little pub/restaurant. Friendly and jovial staff. I got the Guinness Game pie accompanied by lovely mixture of veg. Only thing I found initially was I was cold. A draft from the front door seemed to be catching my back. Once food came out I was able to remove my jacket and eat. It was the only flaw of the evening. Don't let that deter you enjoying good food. I was driving so stuck to the non alcoholic drinks but I must say the Guinness looked good and can guarantee the Guinness pie was delicious.

01/02/2025: Was here with a large group for a set menu platter type lunch and the food was wonderful - ribs cooked to perfection, chicken goujons, and the most amazing black pudding and goats cheese spring rolls. The vegetarian alternative was an amazing assortment as well. It was a relaxed setting, with our own room all to ourselves, no rush at all. Highly recommend.
