Came highly recommended from a local...they were right. a little bit of a challenge finding it, due mostly to our bad GPS. excellent food, staff and ambiance. 👍👍

Welcoming and attentive staff. Food wise the supreme chicken was not presented in a creamy sauce. The order for new boiled potatoes were not new potatoes and instead received reheated roast potatoes.

I had the best fish and chips. Oh man they were lovely. My wife and daughter had Thai green curry which they liked and my young daughter had chicken dippers and chips which she made them dissappear quickly. The desserts were divine and the coffee was really nice. Great atmosphere aswell.

We had a truly unforgettable Sunday lunch. Even without a reservation, the wait was well worth it once we tasted the seafood chowder, fish and chips, and octopus carpaccio—everything was exceptional! However, the highlight of our day was the incredible kindness of a local gentleman we chatted with; he completely surprised us by settling our tab. A beautiful meal made even better by local hospitality.

Absolute jam in Kinsale! Must visit and try their food. Super cosy place. Food is outstanding. Fresh crab, crispy calamari, scallops perfectly made. Absolutely delicious. 10/10 for me! Super friendly and quick service!

Lemon Leaf Cafe Bar & Townhouse

24/12/2025: A lovely location and great service with a very nice team. Stayed for 2 nights and had 2 rooms on the top floor. Marked down from 5 stars as 1) Top floor carpets and rooms could have been cleaner: lots of hair on carpet which a better hoover would pick up, quite a bit of dust on shelves, and TV was broken (aerial not attached) so couldn't get TV channels. Noise insulation between floors not great, a drunk couple on floor 1 woke us up on one night as they were in the room below. But the beds were comfy, the food in the cafe is good. It's good value for money.
19/12/2025: Great spot in kinsale. Dog friendly too! They have a garden area for those with their dog. The food, drink and service is all perfect 😊
