Regularly drive across Cork county just to go here. Lovely pub with really good food. Sitting outside in summer on the wall as you wait for your table is very pleasant.

Food was good. Burger didnt come up with any salad or extras on the burger just cheese. Excellent scampi and chowder. Long wait for a table in the bar if you don't have a reservation upstairs. Get there early.

Pub and restaurant upstairs with a beautiful sea view. A little out of the way from the center of Kinsale, it's worth walking there for a view from above Kinsale harbor. Excellent fish and chips, fresh and quality cuisine. Very friendly welcome and service.

16/09/2025: Wonderful pub in Kinsale. Lots of character full of local characters. Cozy dark interior with a small dining area and more covered/uncovered outdoor seating. Limited whiskey selection but plenty of beer on tap. Just had drinks so I can't comment on the food.
13/09/2025: THE BEST CHOWDER in Kinsale. Super friendly service in a very traditionnal Irish pub setting. You have to try this place if you are in Kinsale

22/07/2025: Every dish is bursting with flavour, perfectly seasoned and exceptionally cooked. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting. The hostess and waiters are all very welcoming and so friendly.
01/07/2025: Absolutely superb. Every review reiterates our view. Steak sublime, wine menu stellar for a change! What a choice, french reds curated well... Staff and ambience all spot on. A delightful experience all together!
