The food here is amazing!! Hubby and I shared the shellfish ravioli starter which was glorious - one large ravioli stuffed with crab, prawns etc in a divine sauce. Then a pan fried hake main, again so tasty!! You will not be disappointed.

We hadn't reserved a table, but still got a seat; it was already quite full, so we went on a whim, and it was the only restaurant in the town where we could get something to eat.

Amazing menu, plenty of choices that suit everyone, from steak to fish to vegetarian. Kids' menu excellent, big portions for the wee hungry mouths. Plating and presentation excel, 10/10. I got crab claws as a main; the best-tasting sauce. I could suggest a tool to make sure I get all my crab meat in the claw. Dessert was stunning, presentation lots of oohs and aahs. I got the apple mousse—wow, taste, Michelin-style dessert! Price - you pay for quailty , worth it !Highly recommend booking well in advance!

Food is great. Very good for kids. Didn't eat in restaurant but ate at the take away. The fish and chips were beautiful and the pizza was lovely. Very nice seating for the takeaway also. Restaurant looked lovely but when u've kids with you you just want something tasty and simple that is priced reasonably. The fish was so good that I'll definitely be back........ Plus the Guinness was savage

I can recommend the lamb and apple souffle for a sweet

High-quality cuisine, very well prepared, and very friendly service. Reservations recommended. There's also a cozy bar with live music next door.

This is definitely some of the top/best food we’ve had in Ireland. The staff was excellent and the atmosphere is really awesome. Great vibe, super clean, and all of the food was excellent. Loved to hear and would recommend people to come!

Absolutely amazing food, service and good atmosphere. Recommended by the owners of the Strand Camping and motorhome site in the village and we were impressed and fully satisfied with the food and service. If it was possible I would give 20 stars or 11 out of 10 🤸🥇🏆😀‼️.If you are ever visiting County Clare I would say that you really must go - you will not be disapointed 😀🏆🥇

We were self catering about 6km from this restaurant and treated ourselves one of our final nights. We had had a filling chowder in Lehinch earlier in the day and an ice cream to follow so ordered main courses only. Staff were welcoming and friendly despite no reservation: a true Clare welcome to my Mum in her late 70s, myself and my two children aged 5 and 7 respectively. There was a kids menu and my children ordered the homemade burgers which were definitely homemade and fab. There were no prices on the kids menu and as driver of our trip, I was treated as were the kids to our meal so I'm not sure of the price of the kids burgers. For mains, my Mum and I had the Hake dish at €26 each. Intermittently, my Mum muttered 'I'm in heaven' and 'wow' whilst eating hers. It was delicious: a rich, filling, cooked perfectly but fancy dish which we both thoroughly savoured. We had water, Miwadi and a glass of milk to wash it down. Worth the price. Definitely recommended if staying locally or passing by. Hats off to the Polish chef.
