Morrissey's in Doonbeg

I had the privilege to both live and eat here, words cant describe the fantastic reception we got from everyone connected to this little gem. Will absolutely be back, fantastic food, great rooms , amazing staff all round 6 star experience :) !!! Keep it up Eamonn.

We ate dinner there; the fried calamari was very good and a generous portion. The seafood pasta was good, but there wasn't quite enough seafood. The service was very attentive.

This is a restaurant. No accommodation, as far as I know. Food was good, but menu is limited. Disappointed that there was not many fish on the menu, except for shell fish, which I must avoid.

Had an amazing stay at Morrissey's and amazing food at the pub. The burger and chips were perfect for a Friday evening. The staff members were polite, welcoming and friendly. The complimentary breads were authentic and tasting fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxed and happy. Upstairs the rooms were clean and the beds were confortabile. We had a lovely view of the river. We'll definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From check-in to check-out, the experience was flawless. The rooms were pristine, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. However, the absolute highlight was the food—every meal was a culinary masterpiece. The breakfast buffet offered an amazing variety, and dinner at the hotel restaurant featured rich, perfectly balanced flavors. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Cannot recommend this place highly enough!

We had a fantastic stay at Morrisey's Doonbeg. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the village and an ideal base for exploring the beautiful West Clare coastline. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail and overall cleanliness really stood out. The restaurant was superb. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented, with an excellent menu and generous portions. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Overall, a wonderful experience with great accommodation, outstanding food, and genuine Irish hospitality. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be returning.

Stayed at Morrissey’s last week, and all I can say is wow! I was blown away by the whole experience. The food was absolutely incredible, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was brilliant. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it!
