Morrissey's in Doonbeg

Nice restaurant. Great food. Good service.

On arrival to a very busy Morrisseys we were informed our booking for a group of 7 was not on the system - so we all thought this is going to be one of those nights - but the manager immediately acknowledged a system error and went out of his way to resolve. We were accommodated and looked after like nothing I have experience at any restaurant. At the end of the night I asked if there was a local taxi service and yet again the manager went out of his way - organised transport and dropped us home himself. Food was devine, service excellent - just a great experience overall - thank you all so much.

The food served here is incredibly tasty, especially the jumbo prawns are sublime 👌 the service is very attentive and super friendly. The dark Irish bread served with delicious butter is a delicacy in itself.

We came for our first dinner date after moving to Ireland. The atmosphere, service and food were outstanding. We ordered a giant seafood platter full of prawns, lobster and mussels which were drizzled with a delicious garlic butter. The dinner was for 2 and was pricey so I was a bit apprehensive but it was worth every euro spent. The giant mound of mussels and everything cooked to perfection. We finished every bite but were totally stuffed. It was a fabulous evening and we’ll be back for another date night.

Loved this restaurant! We ordered the wings, crab claws, and mixed oysters and seasonal veggies. Portions were perfect, and everything was very flavorful. Highly recommend all the items especially the natural oysters and crab claws. Service was great too. Thank you for this lovely meal ❤️

Brilliant place for food and drinks

We dined in Morrisseys Doonbeg during the Amgen Irish Open and everything from the service to the food was a 5 Star experience , The staff were so welcoming and inviting, The ambience and the atmosphere in the restaurant is just beautiful and the food was amazing , We are coming back very soon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jimi The Barber
