Proper spot. The double smash burger was unreal crispy edges, melted cheese, and that Tuck Inn sauce hits different. Buffalo tenders? Class. Chicken burger? Solid. Even the chips and a can of Vimto went down too easy. Only downside it’s in Tallaght, not Blanch. But still worth the drive every time.

Was great, takes a while but the food is well worth it! May Allah swt grant barakah to this business. Seen the owner praying in the mosque nearby. Love it.

one place that captures the vibrancy of this city’s exciting Halal food scene is one that turned out to be a hidden-gem with an up-and-coming food truck called Tuckk Inn. Located on Greenhills Road in Tallaght, this brand is part of a collective of food trucks situated in Hibernian Industrial Estate’s Serla House that has already made its mark. Having first opened in 2022, not only does it boast over 11k followers on Instagram, but its dedicated owner Abdulrahman is preparing to launch a second site very soon. The secret to Tuckk Inn’s success lies in its small but meticulously refined menu, featuring premium ingredients, including 100% Irish beef. Halal Status: Fully Halal.

22/12/2025: The food here ranges from good to outstanding, depending on the night, with the black dal probably the highlight. Unfortunately they've had some serious misses lately, especially the lamb jalfrezi that was unpalatably sweet, as if someone had added a ton of sugar or jaggery. The aloo tikki also tasted as if it had been cooked and left sitting for a while. There's no reason to adulterate food for the Irish palate. Stick with what's been successful at Pickle and previously here.
15/12/2025: The food is good.. loved chicken 65. Butter chicken biryani was good, but I wouldn’t want my biryani to be sweet, but because it was butter chicken, I can understand. The food was on the sweeter side. Prices are quite high.

09/05/2026: Finished up at the distillery and still had about an hour to burn before my train ride, so naturally I made the responsible decision and stopped into DV8 Bar & Venue for “hydration.” Grabbed a Jameson ginger and lime along with a bag of scampi fries for a snack. Between the miles of walking around Dublin, climbing tower stairs, accidentally rerouting my entire rail journey, and the whiskey tasting earlier, I had definitely earned it. The drink was simple but solid. Cold, crisp, easy to drink, and probably exactly what my legs needed at that point in the day. The scampi fries continue to confuse me slightly as an American. They somehow taste like seafood, vinegar, pub salt, and bad decisions all at once, yet pair perfectly with an Irish whiskey highball. Staff at DV8 were friendly and welcoming, which honestly has been one of the more consistent things I’ve noticed throughout Ireland. Whether it’s a museum, distillery, train station, or pub, most places feel less transactional and more conversational. Not a bad way to close out an unplanned “I missed my train stop and accidentally spent the day exploring Dublin” adventure.
