Twin Trees Hotel & Leisure Club in Ballina

One night at this Hotel was all I need to escape my daily routine ❤️ Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Shouts to Aishling, Leisure Centre Operations Administrator. Would love to visit again 🇩🇿 absolutely worth it

Only stayed two nights here to attend a funeral but was very impressed with the outstanding service. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating, particularly Melinda on reception who anticipated our every need. The food in Frog's restaurant is top notch with generous portions made with love and good value. Breakfast was decent but being a buffet the scrambled eggs were a little old and cold. Room was spotless, quiet and had a relaxing view over the front garden. A couple of niggles. The heating was full on (in June) and we found it hard to turn down/off the radiator. Impossible to turn off the bathroom radiator at all. The lift had it's very own personality with which we had to make friends with to get to the right floor! Overall though, would thoroughly recommend this hotel and wished we had more time to take advantage of the pool and hot tub facilities!

While it's true that, as some reviews mentioned, the shower sealant could be redone—it's a quick and easy fix—we really liked the retro feel of the bathroom. The room was large and clean, and the bedding was perfect. The staff was young and charming, and the service was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is close to the center (a 10-minute walk) and secluded beside a lovely stream, guaranteeing peace and quiet in a natural setting. We would gladly return.

Very comfortable beds lovely staff nice grounds great for kids swimming pool and kids playroom also really enjoyed our 1 night stay will definitely be back soon 😀

They really looked after me. The reception called week before we checked in to say I can change my package to something cheaper and more perks (midweek deal). We got the spacious family room, one dinner, breakfast every morning. We enjoyed the pool at the leisure center, evening movie with popcorn and the kids gets to go for the soft play area. We definitely enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Fantastic hotel with exceptional staff, all the staff from reception, bar, restaurant and house keeping go out of their way to help you. Food is excellent and the menu is varied. Great leisure centre, safe for children. The entire hotel is very child friendly, they even have a soft play barn on site. We are back again this weekend, it's our go to hotel when staying in Mayo.
