Absolutely lovely place, nice simple atmosphere, delighted to have our lunch there. Prices were very good compared to other places or portions sizes. Visited at around 3pm on Thursday before we went to Kilmainham Goal- no queues or long waiting for food. Place was tidy, with light background music.

Urban8 is a solid brunch spot in Dublin. The shakshuka was seriously delicious. Brunch there is definitely a good idea, and I’d totally recommend it if you’re in the area.

They serve good brunches here, recommended on your visit to the prison.

Stop looking for the best restaurant in town, I've found it for you! The dining room is incredibly beautiful, tastefully decorated and the chairs/banquettes are ultra-comfortable. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive, without being too stuffy... in short, everything you'd want in a restaurant. Finally, the food is delicious, concocted by the chef with quality ingredients and very well executed. The seasonings are surprisingly accurate! I recommend that you take your pick from the menu and try as many of the tapas-style dishes placed in the middle of the table as possible. Individual main courses are also available. I had an Avo toast, it was absolutely delicious.

Lovely place for breakfast especially if the sun is out. Has a lovely dining area outside.

We ate here this afternoon (Fri 4th April 25) with four adults and three children between 17:00h and 19:30h. There was a kids menu with 3 options, which was good. There was a reasonable evening menu presented with some nice starters and light bites and then a short but ample selection of main courses, full disclosure the kitchen only opened at 17:00h. But the brava sauce was not ready when we tried to order bravas. The wines were expensive, we ordered one white and one red (I have to call it out) with the cheapest bottle at €29 euro which was highly overpriced although very nice. The seating was a nice table in the window but with the setting sun it was glarey. The staff were very over anxious to clear the plates even when there was still food to eat, a server even asked to take the cutlery when there was still food to be eaten. Overall we felt it was a bit rushed for us for an early evening meal.
