Hi, our first experience of the VCC and wow we'll be back. We couldn't get in at first but that just added to the mystique,
it was well worth the wait, the staff (Ann Marie) was brilliant, attentive and helpful in choosing which cocktail to have. Its "The Dirty Wizard" btw. Great atmosphere overall. Loved it.

The food was overpriced. We got vegan platter which say 3 to 4 person however it was really small and expensive. On top of it it wasnt really tasty. It is a good place only for cocktails.

Excellent menu, well made drinks, good light food to accompany, and fantastic atmosphere. The small area and limited seating work in their favor to provide a well catered experience

When we were told that this was a hidden gem they were not joking! We passed the shady black door like 5 times until we realized that's actually it. You have to ring the bell for the staff to open it. The atmosphere and ambience of the place is definitely the selling point. We tried 4 different cocktails but we liked the Tiki Peeky best!

Great cocktails in a cozy spot away from the bustle of Temple Bar.

Many years ago when visiting Dublin we overheard a waiter recommending VCC as an exclusive hidden gem, his diners were suitably impressed and we vowed to visit at some point. Only disappointed that we left it so long.
When in Dublin between Christmas and New Year we managed to make a booking for food and drinks. What a fabulous place, situated in Crown Alley right in the heart of Temple Bar, opposite The Old Storehouse pub, the only evidence is a black door with the letters VCC on, ring the bell, wait to be attended to, climb the stairs and enter the cutest place ever.
Full of comfy chairs, chandeliers, opulent fabrics, you feel as if you have stumbled on to a 1920’s film set.
Our food was good, we ordered charcuterie and cheese boards, thankfully the waitress misheard us (or maybe she just knew best) and we received a full meat board with added cheese for a supplement of £11 as opposed to a full cheese board at £19. It really was plenty for two and very tasty. We returned a couple of nights later just for cocktails, again a fabulous experience.
The service was great, especially from the fabulous mixologist working on the 30/12, great craic and some good local recommendations. The decor and ambiance are stunning. Book in advance, the secret is out and it’s very popular. Highly recommended.

Genial speakeasy que tenía un gran menú de bebidas y verdaderamente entregado con grandes cócteles. Dicho esto, la comida era un desastre y muy caro. Ve por la experiencia única, toma un par de copas y vete.
