This isn't just another street food stand—it's a little slice of Polish tradition. The zapiekanka itself was a masterpiece: a perfectly toasted baguette, crispy on the outside, and delightfully soft inside, piled high with savory, fresh mushrooms and a generous blanket of melted cheese. Let's not forget about the spring onion ! The service was fast and super friendly :) Whether you're a seasoned zapiekanka fan or trying it for the first time, you absolutely have to give them a try. You won't regret it!

I recently tried their zapiekanki and was blown away by the taste — crispy, cheesy, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use fresh ingredients, and the portions are generous too. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. It’s not easy to find authentic Polish food done right abroad, but this place nails it. Whether you're Polish and missing home, or just curious to try something new, I highly recommend giving them a visit. This is now one of my favorite food spots in Waterford!
