Volcano Wings in Limerick

I got a takeaway of Korean Wings and chips. I wasn't crazy about the sauce on the wings. But the wings themselves were fine. But the chips. The chips were amazing!!! There was a great crunch and fluffy on the inside. Honestly, I'd just get the chips and not worry about the wings. They're that good in my opinion.

Came here at 1030, staff extremely rude case she said she was leaving at 1045, very rude to all 4 of us. Opening hours noted as 11 online.

Visiting on a short trip to Limerick and was craving some American-style food. Stopped in Volcano Wings and had wings better than most of what is served in the US. The chicken was fantastic quality compared to Buffalo Wild Wings or Wild Wing Cafe. The sauce was super flavorful. I got the Lava which was the second most spicy. Great heat level. I'd probably try the Nuclear next time. The blue cheese wasn't as thick as in the US but still really good. I didn't try the fries but they also looked good. I'd recommend Volcano Wings to any Americans that find themselves in Limerick craving buffalo wings.

Two years ago this would have gotten 5stars all week long... Increased prices , smaller portions and using cheaper products have dropped it to a 3. Staff friendly, grand place to sit or wait for food. Special offers ok too.
