Walsh's Bar in Athlone

05/01/2025: We popped in for Lunch 4/1/25 and it was delicious! The bar maid was very friendly and helpful as were the locals! Food was delicious, drinks were cold and arrived promptly- overall we had a class wee lunch!! Thank you from your Co Armagh visitors

02/12/2024: We've been here twice so far, and they have the best burger we've ever had in our lives! Actually, all of us had the stack'em high burger, and we are more than happy. The chips are lovely as well. Everything if freshly made and super tasty. I'd come all the way back from Berlin to Athlone just for that burger, tbh. Give it a try! You won't be disappointed! Keep up the good work! Update, been there four times now. Burger as good as ever and tried the pie as well, which was delicious.
