5 stare really fab great to see Dungloe buzy again! Just great

I was a little early getting to the hotel and I asked the one receptionist about when I could check in. She said 3 o’clock bluntly, offering no more information. At 2:30 I noticed other people were checking in so I went to the other receptionist she started to check me in, when I booked there were no rooms with views available. I asked about a room with a view of course I had to pay more for that which was fine. The receptionist was very impatient. I asked to see the room. She went running down the hallway as if I was to keep up. I said I had a sore leg, but that didn’t slow her down. She still had to wait for me to catch up. She showed me a room at the back with the view of the garden. I asked again about a room with a sea view. She hurriedly showed me a room with the sea view, which I accepted. Back at the reception desk she seemed scattered trying to change my rooms. I said I don’t like a duvet I’d like three sheets as they don’t have blankets. She was confused. She phoned housekeeping and said the gentleman would like another sheet!!! I gave up talking to her and had to find housekeeping and talk to them myself, they helped me immediately with no problem. The hotel is on a hill overlooking a beautiful bay, and I had a nice view of that. for some reason, my hotel room was unbearably warm so I had a terrible sleep. The restaurant was nice and they had a good breakfast included.

Our experience at this hotel was incredible. Staff were so kind and helpful with every single thing, rooms were so comfortable and clean and the food was incredible for very decent prices. Also the views from the restaurant are beautiful. I would come back anytime!

Check-in isn't until 4:00 PM. There's no quiet lounge. The kitchen (fish and chips) smells everywhere.

Good consistency in the quality of food served

Rooms very comfortable. Food was nice and chef at breakfast was very nice. On arrival we were waiting 5 minutes for the receptionist to acknowledge our presence as she was on a call. Another receptionist simply told us she wasn't checking people in, then got up and left. It wasn't a great first impression tbh and something the hotel should keep an eye on. Otherwise though, a positive experience.

5-star experience! Welcoming and dedicated staff. They did everything to make our stay incredible and deserve a 5-star rating. The breakfast is just perfect; everyone is smiling and in their rightful place.

Great food, lovely room, powerful shower, modern gym, but best of all... the service was stellar. The team was so friendly and so accommodating.
