Food expensive but first place serving duck and lamb shank. Beautiful historic bar feel.

A beautiful old fashioned place with a great atmosphere. It was a real surprise. The food was absolutely first class with a great menu. I would really recommend McCafferty's for food and drink.

Went here Sunday evening 10th May and have to say was 5star from start to finish . We were greeted with a warm smile by a lovely young girl , shown to booth and order taken in a reasonable time. Food served was delicious, ribs to start then I had duck and my friend had chicken, top marks to the chefs. The waiter was very pleasant and a general friendly atmosphere in the place would suggest everyone enjoys working there which is a reflection on owners and management. Prices are reasonable and I will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

Food was fabulous 😍 staff are great craic and the ambients is spot on. Brilliant that the chef got the children's steak dinner to perfection. Susan served us and is a credit to the restaurant 😁 the gravy is delicious 😋

We had a great night altogether- impromptu music session, cosy comfort and a barman, Paul, who looked after us like a boss! Will never forget it 🎵🎵🎵🎶
